Love Me, Love My Vote

It’s the weekend again, huh?

Well, cool deal, man.

I always like to mix it up the best I can–

to throw in a curve ball or two onto the blog during the weekend, since I’m usually so far out of town/touch–

.. that, by the time I get back on Tuesday morning, the confusion/chaos has died down and I can just laugh it off.

Ok…

Truthfully, I’m totally exaggerating–

I mean, how much chaos can a blog with 25 regular readers (and an occasional visit by my Mom) stir up, anyway ?

Ah well.

The vintage card on the top of this post was one of a series of anti-suffragette cards that were rife during the early part of the 20th century…

And surprisingly the second one, originally a ‘pro-suffrage’ card, was ‘converted’ to an anti-suffrage card by somebody manually crossing out the word ‘politically’… you can still see the lines…
