The other side of the Tuileries faced the Jardins des Tuileries and looked down the Champs-Élysées. The Tuileries closed the bottom of the « A » that makes up the Louvre complex. State residence of Louis XIV (briefly), XV, XVI, Napoleon I, Louis XVIII, Charles X, Napoleon III. But we can’t see it.
